We require advance payment 7 days before the start of the rental, in the amount of 50% of the rental price. You pay the remaining amount 7 days after the end of the rental. We settle based on a VAT invoice.
We usually charge a deposit, which is determined individually, based on the amount and type of equipment rented. You will see its amount in the rental offer received from us. The deposit is 100% refundable after returning the equipment in good condition. If you are our regular customer - we will not require a deposit.

If the failure of the equipment is not your fault, you should immediately notify us by email or telephone and we will immediately remove the failure. If you caused damage to the equipment - you will have to pay for the repair, based on the invoice from the relevant service.
In this case, additional fees will be charged for each day of delay. We remind you that in the case of own transport - we always give you additional days for logistics for free.
